Deepak, with over two decades of experience in multinational environments, is known as the go-getter amongst his peer. His totally hands-on merchant navy background, visionary nature, marine engineering training, Project Management Professional and QMS Lead Auditor certification, combining with an innate sense of business and excellence in academics have been instrumental in changing the course of many companies.
Prior to founding Foxtrot Enterprises (FE), Deepak was engaged as Dy. General Manager & Manager – Projects at GL Noble Denton (DNV GL Group) – world’s leading ship and offshore classification society, leading technical advisor, and a leading expert for the energy value chain including renewables and energy efficiency. During his 6 years in the role of a Principal Surveyor at DNV, Deepak was actively involved in technology, strategy, engineering designs and due diligence projects for various clients.
Previously, as Engineering Superintendent, he managed marine fleet operations; spear-headed company’s new-build projects; represented company management and handled client relationships, liaised and interacted with vendors, Classification Societies (ABS, DNV, GL, BV, IRS, LLOYDS) & Government agencies.
Deepak, with his wide and cross-domain profile, exudes immense positivity. He is passionate about futuristic and green business models and emits the energies and confidence required to achieve success. He recently re-positioned Foxtrot Enterprises onto a global platform. A multilingual personality, he is all out to raise Foxtrot Enterprises’ profile in the fields of Management Consulting, Shipping Industry, Facilities Management and technology driven Organic Farming, in both emerged as well as emerging markets. Navigating turbulence with aplomb, he is familiar with the global regulatory and business environments.
He has steeply accelerated FE’s development, bringing about a deep focus on processes, quality deliverables and seamless client’s user experience. He successfully transformed company’s innovation culture, expanded engagement levels, and leads product incubation and co-creation with customers for the service & technology industries.
He is also creator of the concept “Quality and Consistency” program, which articulates the principles for automatic renewal of product delivery without disruption to customer environments. He is especially known for his championship of technology and processes, as an amplifier of human potential, and his passion for applying intelligence, creativity and technology in purposeful and meaningful ways to address some of the biggest global challenges.
His never-ending thirst for knowledge includes ongoing doctorate research in Management. He is an owner and trustee at Focus Institute of Science and Technology, a Thrissur based leading Engineering College with primary focus on ‘moulding the leaders of tomorrow’. Consistently recognized as a skilled and motivating team player and relationship builder, Deepak has the ability to build vision and to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in both, matrix and projectized organizations.
Deepak has the innate sense in anticipating issues having the potential to impact businesses; in leading stakeholder engagement campaigns to achieve regulatory, fiscal and corporate reputation-related objectives in complex operational and management environments. He is a persuasive communicator and constructive listener with wide experience in strategic negotiations, contract management, inter-personal relations and in forming strategic alliances across sectors. He maintains strong communication skills, learning agility and ability to identify and solve problems through innovative and creative approaches.
Pawan Kumar

Alumnus of the prestigious IIT Kanpur, started his career managing the largest computer centre in India at IIT Kanpur and went on to become the President of IBM India. His successful experience in IT services, company building & management experience spans 32 years.
An entrepreneur at heart went on to launch vMoksha Technologies and was its founding Chairman and CEO. Very active with industry bodies in India such as NASSCOM, CII, and ESC; he is also a Charter Member of TiE and Board Member of the Indus Business Academy, Bangalore. He is also Director at Ecosustainable Living Technologies Pvt Ltd, India.
On the Advisory Committee of the Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management, the Pune Institute of Advanced Technology and the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune. He was featured in Information Week as one of the global innovators and influencers in 2004, the only Indian to be featured among the 11 innovators and influencers.

Proficiency award winner on numerous occasions Provided distinguished services during the tenure of 15 years on board various warships, with utmost sincerity and highest degree of leadership and motivation skills for a large body of personnel in varied operational and adverse terrain/weather conditions, entrusted with the responsibility of maintenance of large volume of Plant & Machinery with an objective to achieve optimum availability, reliability and performance of Men & Material, which was done very meticulously throughout his service.
Joined Jones Lang Lasalle, a Real Estate MNC, through them managed various MNC’s including EDS (now an HP affiliate), AOL online, and AstraZeneca.
His expertise includes Strong Leadership across domains, develop Project Transition Plans, Compliance Management, International trade and development. A keen planner & strategist with proven abilities in Managing Facilities, Infrastructure setup, resource management and execution.
