Policies and Procedures

The Policy Statement is approved by the company´s top management and is applicable to all payroll employees  The Company is committed to communicating the Policy Statement to all employees, to all contractors working with or on behalf of the Company and to the public. The Company is further committed to providing all necessary resources for the implementation of this policy towards compliance of the Company´s Management System.
The Company policy statement is subject to annual review by the Management for continued suitability. Some of the excerpts from Foxtrot’s policies and procedures are as under :

Quality


At Foxtrot Enterprises our aim is to ensure that the needs of our customers are clearly understood and met through close liaison at all stages of the work. The company quality policy calls for continual improvements in it’s quality management systems and activities, and business be conducted according to the following principles:

  • Comply with all statuary laws and regulations
  • Make the best use of it’s management resources in all quality matters and follow the concept of continuously improving the effectiveness of it’s quality management systems
  • Communicate our quality objectives and our performance against these objectives throughout the company and interested parties
  • Conduct all work to a high professional standard and with technical and commercial integrity
  • Adopt a forward looking view on future business decisions, which may have quality impacts.

Safety And Health

Nothing is more important to Foxtrot as company than the Safety, Health and Well-being of it’s employees/workers and their families. We truly believe that all injuries and occupational illnesses are preventable and there is no job worth doing in an unsafe way

Environment

At Foxtrot we believe that businesses are responsible for achieving good environmental practice and operating in a sustainable manner. We are therefore committed to reducing environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral and fundamental part of our business strategy and operating methods.

It is our priority to encourage our customers, suppliers and all business associates to do the same. Not only is this sound commercial sense for all; it is also a matter of delivering on our duty of care towards future generations.

We do this by :

  • ŸWholly supporting and complying with or exceed the requirements of current environmental legislation and codes of practice.
  • Minimize our waste and then reuse or recycle as much of it as possible.
  • Minimize energy and water usage in our buildings, vehicles and processes in order to conserve supplies, and minimize our consumption of natural resources, especially where they are non-renewable.
  • Apply the principles of continuous improvement in respect of air, water, noise and light pollution from our premises and reduce any impacts from our operations on the environment and local community.
  • As far as possible purchase products and services that do the least damage to the environment and encourage others to do the same.
  • Assess the environmental impact of any new processes or products we intend to introduce in advance.

Drug Abuse And Alcohol

It is the goal of (Company) to provide a safe workplace by eliminating the hazards to health and job safety created by alcohol and other drug abuse. We believe this goal to be in the best interest of our employees and our stockholders.

It is the policy of (Company) that employees who engage in the sale, use, possession or transfer of illegal drugs or controlled substances, or who offer to buy or sell such substances; the use of alcohol during working hours; or the abuse of prescribed drugs will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Code Of Conduct

Foxtrot maintains and promotes a corporate culture and behavior in which honesty, integrity and respect for the law are viewed as essentials for achieving its desired success. Foxtrot’s ethical and behavioral principles are also part of our employee development programmes.

The Code of Conduct is an integral part of Foxtrot’s corporate culture and is binding upon all Foxtrot employees.

Anti-Corruption And Bribery

Foxtrot is committed to doing business ethically and believes that bribery and other corrupt practices are unacceptable
The Group Anti-Corruption Regulation which applies to all Foxtrot employees and associated persons and their directors, officers and employees makes it clear that they shall not offer, provide, authorize, request or receive a bribe or anything that may be construed as a bribe.
